A role with variety
We are looking for a sociable, driven and hungry person who wants to work with a mix of sales, recruitment and relationship building. You will be a public face of Hire Quality and work closely with both clients and consultants. An important part of the job is also to keep developing Hire Quality together with us.
Sales
Drive business and find new opportunities.
Recruitment
Find and attract new talent.
Relationship building
Build long-term relationships with clients and consultants.
Networking
Expand our network in the industry.
Social media
Create content and be visible where things happen.
Consultant contact
Be a sounding board for our consultants.
Quotes & client dialogue
Help with quotes and client matters.
A day in the role might include:
- Calling exciting new candidates
- Publishing content on LinkedIn
- Keeping in touch with our consultants
- Taking part in client meetings
- Helping out with a quote
- Building relationships with people in our network
Who we think you are
Perhaps you are a recent graduate with a relevant education and full of energy. Perhaps you have a few years behind you, or are more experienced in sales, recruitment, staffing, IT or marketing. What matters most to us is not exactly what your CV says — but who you are as a person.
